Outstanding value for money , great location , excellent reakft and great and fast room service

The split level 2 bedroom penthouse style unit was outstanding. The view from the spa on the balcony spectacular. it was far bigger than i expected.

A few minor maintenance issue and the tv system need some work but who goes to Patong t watch TV

The hotel was amazing and provided a brilliant stay whilst in Phuket, especially Patong Beach

There was a lot of beeping within the hallways on the doors for the bedrooms when they weren’t closed so whenever someone didn’t close the door properly the beeping, but I go on throughout the night until I had to ring room services

We had a room on the lower level with pool outside. The round steps on the pool ladder are a danger. My wife fell and hurt herself when she slipped on them. Would strongly suggest to change these to a flat step rather than round bars

Nice swimming pool on the skybar. Staff kind. Good position, quiet.

Fun stay with very good location and rooms

Breakfast was good. The location was very good, just across the beach with quiet surroundings and other places accessible. Room was big and very nice and the beds provided for family also very good. The view from the room also was very good and the swimming pool had an excellent view.

Too many options for lunch, Thai food options can be better. Also, lunch food was good once and the same thing ordered for dinner was bad - this needs to be consistent.

Ask many questions before you arrive.

Even though the sides of the bed had collapsed in our executive suite, it was comfortable. The pool area was lovely.

There was grit in our spa. The spa was located upstairs on our second, larger balcony. When we were in the spa, the overspray leaked through the seams in the decking onto the table on our balcony underneath. I switched on my kettle, and the light kept switching on and off. I wiggled it, and it finally boiled, but the inside of the kettle (in the electrical workings), there was a very unhappy nest of ants. That was fun. Our door creaked as though it was broken. We were basically made to jump through hoops to prove we were the owners of the credit card we used to book with. Room service is not a thing at the Charm if you want breakfast in your room. You had to go downstairs and attend the buffet. This part really annoyed me. I don't like buffet type meals. Also, the drinks are priced well over the expected prices. There were renovations on the 4th floor, but nobody bothered to let us know that before we arrived. Had we known that, we would at least have had the option of keeping the reservation or choosing to stay elsewhere. The pool is on the top of the next building, so we had to exit our building through reception, turn left, walk along the street to the next building to be able to have a swim and enjoy the sunset. Our room was not attended to until late evening, twice in the 7 nights that we were there . This is ridiculous considering there were housekeeping carts outside our room when we left to seek out places for breakfast. We were clearly not next.... If asked, would I stay here again? The answer would simply be hell no. There are many, many better places in Patong. This is not our first time to Phuket. We are well travelled and actually live in Chiang Mai. For those that have read this far... I'm not a princess, nor are my expectations too high. For the price we paid to stay for one week at the Charm Resort, one should expect a whole lot more for their money.

Very good.

The attached pool to the room was very convenient. So nice! Accessibility is very good. Very near to the beach and marketplace. The food was amazing on the property. Nice breakfast. Didn't get bored even for 6 days.

They are not keen on cleaning the room unless we request them. We stayed for a week, but they were okay to continue without cleaning even for 6 nights. No instruction on how to operate the locker. Couldnt use it. The virtual credit card didn't work. Have to pay through a debit card. A little struggle during that.

A very good quiet spot if you don’t like noise but to get around you have to use a tuk tuk and it can get quite expensiv

Loved the spacious room very comfortable bed and the pool access nice and private.

The breakfast was hot the first morning we came the second morning some of the dishes were lukewarm to cold a bit disappointing other than that we enjoyed our 2 day stay.

Good resort in the heart of Phuket

Great location. Just a minute's walk from Patong beach. And 10-12 minutes walk from the most happening part of Phuket. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Fairly good breakfast spread as well.

The pool access rooms at the back side of the resort barely get any natural light and the lighting setup in the room is not enough. It feels a little dark. Also, the room could definitely do with more plug points.

Wonderful

The executive suite was very comfortable and spacious. The jacuzzi on the terrace was the cherry on top of the cake. The staff was very pleasant and kind. The food overall was nice
